Programs
Our activities are divided into 3 hour blocks. Before your group comes for their program, we will assess your group and discuss what goals your team is looking to achieve. In other words, what outcomes do you want from our time together? A session generally starts with some small introductory games and initiatives, followed by some larger, more in-depth games and activities, and/or low or high ropes courses. The session is then closed with a discussion and summary of the days activities, and how we can apply these lessons to our everyday lives.

Games, Activities, and Group Initiatives

Ice Breakers: Small activities and games that are designed to introduce group members, reduce inhibitions and engage everyone both mentally and physically.

Trust Activities: These activities allow participants to create, build and demonstrate trust in other team members and an in the group as a whole.

Group Initiatives: Groups are challenged to work together towards solutions of real or imaginary obstacles and problems. All members must contribute in order to achieve success. Different initiatives may focus on cooperation, decision making, trust, teamwork and more. Group Initiatives can be conducted indoors or outside, weather permitting. Group Initiatives may involve the use of simple props, or no props at all. Some examples of Group Initiatives include...
  • Warp Speed - Groups must work together to pass a ball between every member as quickly as possible. This game is designed for people to think outside the norm to reach the goal.
  • Great Egg Drop - Teams use materials to keep an egg from breaking from a 2 story fall. This is designed to have people work together to come up with a solution to a "delicate" problem.
  • Theater of Excellence - Teams are given a "title" for a play that represents the challenges and issues at work or school. The team then has time to create a play that deals with these issues in a nonthreatening and fun way.

Low Ropes Course: A setup of ropes, cables, and other elements no more than 18" above the ground used to challenge individual balance, agility, flexibility and strength. This is a great environment to explore fears - of falling, of losing control, of "failing". Benefits include stronger relationships, increased communication skills, and group cohesion. Low Ropes courses are especially beneficial for teams working on leadership, positive risk taking, collaboration and more.

High Ropes Course: A climbing wall, cable and bridge traverses and other elements up to 35 feet off the ground which require harnesses and ropes to complete. Your group will be lead through a series of activities that has perceived risks that group members must overcome. Group support and overcoming personal fears creates a great sense of adventure for this activity.

ZipLine Course or Rafting Trip: Push the limits of your group by stepping out of your comfort zone. These trips are designed to build camaraderie and relationships between people by engaging them in a shared experience, where the perceived risks is high. You'll be taken out by our trained staff and experience an adventure that you will never forget.


Successful team building activities transform the group into a higher functioning unit and create the possibility of internal shifts within participants. In order to create the most productive experience for you and your group, our facilitators will meet with you in advance to determine your goals, concerns and needs. It is important to follow up in the workplace with lessons learned from the team building activity. This may include having leaders remind team members of goals for improved performance, follow-up meetings and incorporating progressive ideas daily.
